I have SP list and and creating a form in Infopath2010.I want form should take data from the SP list.

Suggestions:

If you just want a simple drop down list or another field populated with list data, the easiest way to do this is to create a lookup field in your SharePoint List. To do this, click 'Create Column' on the ribbon. Then select 'Lookup' as the field type ( should be the 7th option). Then, select the list you would like to get data from in the 'Get information from' drop down list'. Finally, select a column that in the list you selected whose data you would like to display.
This will pull in the data from the selected SharePoint List & column that you selected into a drop down box. You can't select all types of fields though, so this approach has its limitations.

You can create a datasource in the form that uses the values in your list, just like a db... You do not need to create a special column for lookups unless there is unique information that you want from all columns. EG: look up infopath line-of-business (LOB) information
